For over two decades Mr. Emdadi has worked on preparing and prosecuting over 1000 patents.
He is a former patent examiner, patent law professor at George Mason school of engineering, he has two engineering degrees and a law degree, and has participated in patent efforts for cutting edge technology, such as VPN networks, automated vehicles, drones and blockchain.
In the past he has specialized in telecommunications, semiconductor, computer hardware and mostly software in more recent years. He has also worked on patents for Honda, Samsung, Toyota, Broadcom, Alcatel, Siemens, Nokia and smaller companies.

About Kamran Emdadi
Kamran is a registered Patent Attorney and is experienced in diversified technologies, which include: data networking, wireless communications devices, RF communication, Tx/Rx, semiconductor fabrication, packet switching, telephony, digital communications, artificial intelligence software, and LCD displays. Kamran has also successfully procured patents in the fields of intelligence software and mechanical devices. Kamran previously spent several years as an Examiner for the USPTO. While at the USPTO, Kamran specialized in multiplex communication devices and wireless communications.
Kamran has also worked for patent law firms including Harness Dickey & Pierce, Duane Morris and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey. Kamran assisted on the defense of a high-profile litigation Sprint v. Vonage in 2007. Kamran received his Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Telecommunications from George Mason University and his JD from the University of Baltimore. Kamran is registered to practice before the USPTO and he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). He is also an adjunct professor at George Mason University.
